Since our founding in 2005, Absolute Inclusion has helped thousands of individuals and families in our community. From providing emergency assistance to helping people find stable housing, we are proud of the impact we have made. But there is still much work to be done, and we are committed to continuing our efforts.

I bring a significant wealth of knowledge to SEND leadership, grounded in over 20 years of experience across the most complex educational landscapes, including PMLD, SEMH, specialist, mainstream, Children's home and CLA trauma informed educational and secure settings. My passion for inclusion is the driving force behind my commitment to championing the wellbeing and achievement of all learners.
I am a highly qualified professional , holding QTS, QTLS, a Master’s in Inclusive Practice, BA (Hons) In Education and professional Development, TESOL and CELTA, and I continuously advance my field through the NPQ SENCO (in progress) and ongoing PhD research in Special Needs. My dedication to assessment excellence is evidenced by my qualifications in psychometric testing (CCET), and the ADOS-2, ensuring the highest standards in diagnostic profiling and Access Arrangements.
My leadership is focused on cultivating cultures of empathy and excellence. I am a deeply embedded trauma-informed practitioner , leveraging my experience in complex settings, including a senior role at a school specializing in sexual trauma. I have a proven record of transforming SEND systems, driving statutory compliance, and implementing operational excellence through provision mapping skills, needs/sensory profiling, and high-impact staff training/CPD. I advocate for best practice in every classroom, championing QFT skills and unconditional positive regard. Furthermore, my expertise extends to expert witness tribunal representation and forging robust multi-agency partnerships with a wide range of multi-agency professionals across a wide range of sectors.
My comprehensive experience is defined by successful, sustained multi-agency collaboration. I possess a proven ability to strengthen partnerships with health, care, and education partners, including Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech and Language Therapists (SaLT), and Educational Psychologists (EP). This collaborative approach directly improves EHCP processes and assessment projects, significantly boosting response times and accountability. Furthermore, my work in complex needs settings requires close liaison with physio, care, and nursing teams, ensuring all provision is genuinely holistic and person-centred. I build supportive systems that consistently drive positive outcomes for every learner.
